This recently started, but it's only on this site. It's a right PITA.

Seems to be gone now, Neil. I haven't seen it today.

OK, if it happens again, a screen caps of the top of the page, and the bottom of the page, would be most appreciated.

Unfortunately the pop up loads in before any ads at the top and bottom of the screen, if that's what you were looking out for. I can confirm that it's only HPOTD that this is happening on however.
