    Pittsburgh-Monroeville airport

    A small plane crashed at the Pittsburgh-Monroeville airport this afternoon while it was taking off, Monroeville police said.

    The pilot, who received minor injuries, refused medical services.

    There was a small fire after the plane crashed this afternoon, but "everything's under conrol at this time," police said.
